This project was inaugurated by Finnish Prime minister MATTI VAN HANEN to mark the latest R & D facilities and telepresence to enable strong interaction with the company’s other global development sites.

It also hosts one of the company’s three remote testing laboratories, thus truly being the hub for Nokia Siemens Networks globally to be connected

Design Direction

Heart area

The design approach is that of a central heart, a centralized space that all connectors feed and connect into.

Connectors

The one-on-one discussions rooms one of the special features of the project  act as a separation between the flexible workstation spaces and the connecting corridors.

Many hues

The color scheme though inspired by the logo that speaks of the vibrancy of the work culture at Nokia Siemens.

Where is my workstation?

This design concept works away from the ‘me’ spaces to the ‘we’ spaces and reconciles the needs of these two opposing and yet complimentary points of views.

Connectedness

Engineers at site develop, test and deliver software to support the world’s telecom networks. This interconnectivity of the telecom industry is captured in the design philosophy of the layout and elements.
